By browsing, registering, placing orders, submitting forms, applying for cooperation, or using any function of the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as other applicable notices, policies, and disclosures published on the Website.

The Website may provide the following services:
- Brand and company information.
- Contact forms and business inquiries.
- Brand partnership and distributor applications.
- Membership registration, login, and account management.
- Product browsing, ordering, payment, shipping, invoicing, and after-sales services.

2.User Obligations
You agree to comply with the laws of Taiwan, these Terms, and the principle of good faith when using the Website, and you shall not engage in any unlawful, false, infringing, fraudulent, system-disruptive, or other conduct that may harm the rights or interests of the Company or any third party.
If you register as a member, submit forms, or place orders, you must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If the information you provide is incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe it is untrue, the Company may refuse service, suspend your account, cancel your order, or terminate the relevant transaction.
3.Use by Minors
If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, your parent, guardian, or legal representative must read, understand, and agree to these Terms and the Website's related policies before you may use the Website, register as a member, provide information, or conduct transactions.
4.Membership Accounts and Security
If you apply for a membership account, you must properly keep your account credentials, password, and verification information secure, and you may not transfer, lend, share, or otherwise improperly allow others to use them.
Activities conducted through your account will, in principle, be deemed to have been performed by you. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any security concern, you must notify the Company immediately.
To maintain transaction security, system administration, or legal compliance, the Company may require phone verification, email verification, third-party login verification, or other reasonable identity verification procedures.
5.B2B Inquiries, Brand Partnership, and Distributor Applications
Any contact forms, business inquiries, brand partnership submissions, or distributor applications submitted through the Website merely indicate your interest in contacting the Company or applying for cooperation. They do not mean that the Company has accepted, approved, or established any cooperation relationship.
The Company reserves the right to review, contact, request supplemental information, reject, delay processing, or decline to respond, and shall not be liable if no cooperation is established.
You must ensure that all company information, brand information, distribution rights, product information, social media content, and other business materials you provide are lawful, truthful, and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
6.Product Information, Pricing, and Inventory
All product details, prices, inventory, promotions, gifts, bundle contents, shipping fees, payment methods, delivery conditions, and campaign information displayed on the Website are subject to the actual content shown on the Website and the Company's final confirmation.
Due to system limitations, network conditions, data synchronization, manual maintenance, brand policy updates, or other factors, product descriptions, images, prices, inventory, or campaign content may differ from actual conditions. The Company reserves the right to correct, modify, update, or cancel them at any time.
Even if you have completed the ordering process, the Company may still refuse or cancel an order, or request reconfirmation of order contents, if there is a pricing error, insufficient inventory, system abnormality, duplicate order, promotion setup error, payment failure, suspected abnormal transaction, or any other reasonable cause.
7.Order Acceptance
Your completion of an order on the Website does not mean that the order has been accepted. An order is only deemed accepted after the Company completes payment confirmation, inventory confirmation, risk control review, and sends a shipment notice or other explicit notice of acceptance.
If the Company does not accept the order for any of the above reasons, it will notify you as appropriate and arrange a refund or other necessary handling where applicable.
8.Payment, Delivery, and Invoicing
Available payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery, but the actual available options are subject to what is displayed at checkout.
Delivery is currently limited to Taiwan, including the main island and offshore islands. Shipping methods may include home delivery and convenience store pickup, subject to the announcements on the Website and the conditions of logistics providers.
Invoices will be issued by BOJU CO Ltd. in accordance with applicable Taiwanese tax laws. Related e-invoice, allowance, or voiding procedures will be handled pursuant to law and the Website's published rules.
If you select cash on delivery but refuse to accept the package without justification, fail to collect it, maliciously abandon orders, or repeatedly waste logistics resources, the Company may restrict your future use of cash on delivery, suspend your membership, refuse future transactions, or take other reasonable management measures.
9.Returns and Exchanges
Consumer transactions on the Website are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan and related laws. Consumers generally have a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after receipt of the product, but the cooling-off period is not a trial period.
The following items may not be eligible for return, or may not fall within the cooling-off cancellation right, if they have been opened, used, improperly stored, or otherwise lost resale value:
- Opened cosmetics, skincare products, and personal hygiene products.
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene considerations.
- Opened samples, gifts, personalized items, or specially ordered items.
- Other items specifically stated on the product page or under applicable law.

Defective Products
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, missing items, incorrectly shipped, or has any other issue not attributable to you, please contact customer service within seven (7) days after receipt and provide supporting materials such as photos, videos, or order details so the Company can review and arrange an exchange, replacement shipment, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Whether a return or refund is approved, and whether the remedy will be a refund, replacement, or reshipment, will depend on the specific circumstances, the Company's verification results, the payment method used, and applicable law.
10.Marketing Campaigns and Membership Notifications
The Company may from time to time launch discounts, gifts, points programs, threshold gifts, bundle promotions, membership-only events, or other promotional activities. Unless otherwise stated by the Company, such activities may not be combined, and the Company reserves the right to adjust, modify, interpret, postpone, terminate early, or cancel any campaign.
If you agree to receive newsletters, SMS, LINE messages, or other marketing communications, the Company will send them in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may unsubscribe at any time, but after unsubscribing you may no longer receive certain campaign-specific or membership-exclusive notifications.

No unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public transmission, adaptation, extraction, or other unlawful use is permitted.
12.Third-Party Services
The Website may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment processors, logistics providers, social platforms, analytics tools, login services, and advertising platforms. The availability, content, and responsibility of such third-party services shall be governed by their own terms, policies, and actual operations.
13.Limitation of Liability
The Company will use reasonable efforts to maintain the normal operation of the Website and services, but does not guarantee that the Website will never be interrupted, that it will be completely error-free, that information will always be fully up to date, or that it will meet your specific needs in all circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure, system maintenance, network abnormalities, interruption of third-party services, logistics delay, payment mechanism problems, or other causes not attributable to the Company.
14.Amendments to These Terms
The Company may revise these Terms at any time due to legal changes, operational needs, system updates, or service adjustments. Revised Terms will be posted on the Website and become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Website after such revision constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
15.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Website services, or related transactions shall first be handled through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved, unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the New Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
